Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeOS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeOS is a platform that connects homeowners (“Customers”) with trades contractors (“Contractors”) for the purpose of requesting, quoting, and scheduling home service work. Customers may submit job requests and photos free of charge. Contractors access the Service under a paid subscription plan described at tradeos.com/pricing.

3. TradeOS Is Not a Party to the Job

TradeOS provides the technology that connects Customers and Contractors. TradeOS is not a party to, and does not guarantee, insure, or warrant, any agreement, quote, or job performed between a Customer and a Contractor. Contractors are independent businesses solely responsible for the pricing, quality, scheduling, licensing, and insurance of the work they perform. Any dispute about a quote or completed job is between the Customer and the Contractor.

4. Contractor Accounts and Subscriptions

Contractors must create an account to use the Service and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Customer Use of the Service

Customers may submit job requests, including a description of the job and photos, to a Contractor of their choosing. You agree to provide accurate information and to only upload photos and content that you have the right to share.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on another person's rights
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages outside the normal quoting and scheduling flow

7. AI Photo Analysis

TradeOS uses automated tools to analyze photos submitted with a job request and summarize details for the Contractor. This analysis is provided to assist a Contractor in preparing a quote and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Contractors remain solely responsible for verifying job details and setting the final price — TradeOS's automated analysis never sets or approves pricing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TradeOS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Contractor's work will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, or out of any job, quote, or agreement between a Customer and a Contractor.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
